For Vettly Family parents and guardians.

Self-Serve Controls

In the Vettly Family app, open Settings, then Privacy and data rights. From there you can:

  • Unpair a teen device and revoke Companion device tokens
  • Delete a child profile and linked active child data
  • Close the parent account and remove active family access
  • Request a data export with an audit trail and 30-day response SLA

Export Requests

Export requests are request-based. Vettly logs the request, shows the request status in app, and responds within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
